The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program requires $800,000 in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA) and 10 jobs created. Set-aside visas for rural and high-unemployment areas remain current for Chinese applicants as of May 2026. The grandfather clause protecting existing investors expires September 30, 2026.
